Nikolaos 64 was basilikos paraphylax of Abydos; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals III 40.31 = Zacos and Veglery 3150. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Νικο - ..ω β' παρ - .φυλακι Α - βυδου. The name and title read: Νικολάῳ βασιλικῷ παραφύλακι Ἀβύδου.
