The name and titles read: Νικολ(ά)[ου] βα(σιλικοῦ) σπαθαροκαν(διδάτου) καὶ [κ]ομ(μερκι)α[ρ]ίου Θεσ(σ)α[λ]ονί[κ]η[σ].
