Niketas 99 was apo eparchon and archon of the blattion (together with Petros 107); joint-owner with Petros 107 of a seal dateable to the years 711/712 by the indiction date: Zacos and Veglery 207 = Laurent, Corpus II 645. The names and titles read: Πέτρου διακόνου καὶ Νικήτα ἀπὸ ἐπάρχων, ἀρχόντων [τοῦ βλαττίου]. For similar seals, see Panchenko, Katalog, 8f.; Likhachev, "Datirovannye" 207-210, no. 4. For the office, see Petros 107 (Niketas 99 was probably his colleague as archon of the blattion before Ioannes 358).
