Niketas 80 was a magistros (and see below); owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Schlumberger, Sig., 623ff. = Konstantopoulos, JIAN 6, 409. The name and title read: [Ν]ικίτᾳ μαγί[σ]τρῳ το. νοκο. τι. This is the reading of Konstantopoulos; Schlumberger read the last word as Αρτωκομιτι, which Konstantopoulos rejected as inconsistent with the surviving letters. It is not clear if the word(s) after μαγίστρῳ formed part of Niketas 80's title or his family name.
