Nikephoros 63 was protonotarios of Kephallenia; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals II 1.6 = Zacos and Veglery 1561. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: +Νικη - φορω αν - οταριω Κε - φαλν'. The text of the reverse reads: Νικηφόρῳ πρωτονοταρίῳ Κεφαλληνίας.
