Nikephoros 43 was basilikos spatharios; owner of two seals dateable between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth: Zacos and Veglery 952, 953. The name and title read: Νικηφόρῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ. According to Zacos and Veglery the two seals belong to one and the same person.
