Moses 2 was bishop of Theodorias, also known as Germia, in Bithynia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council at Constantinople, where he signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 150, no. 44 (= Mansi XI 992) (Μωüσῆς ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Θεοδωριατῶν ἤτοι Γερμιατῶν τῆς β' τῶν Γαλατῶν ἐπαρχίας).
