Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει with τω - .. - δου - .ω in the corners. Rev.: +..χα - ηλ' β' στρατ - και ανοτ' μιτ - ατ' Φρυγ' α'. The name and titles read: Μιχαὴλ βασιλικῷ στράτορι καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ μιτάτου Φρυγίας.
