Michael 79 was a spatharios; owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly ninth or tenth century; his family name was apparently Sideriotes (or similar): Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 688b. The names and title read: [Μ]ιχαὴ[λ σ]παθαρίῳ [τ]ῷ Σιδηριώ[τῃ].
