Michael 30 was patrikios; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: Tsougarakis, SBS 2, p. 148, no. 36 = Xanthoudides, "Boullai" III, p. 31, no. 1. Obv.: monogram of, perhaps, Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: Μιχαὴλ πατρικίῳ. The seal was found in Crete.
