Marinos 24 was bishop of Athens; owner of a seal dateable to the late seventh or early eighth century (so DOSeals): DOSeals II 9.3 = Zacos and Veglery 925 (VIII) = Laurent, Corpus V 3, no. 1822 (VII; wrongly reading his title as the bishop of Roinon). The name and title read: Μαρίνῳ ἐπισκόπῳ Ἀθηνῶν. Probably to be identified with Marinos, bishop of Athens, who died in April 704: Orlandos and Branouses, no. 80.
