Leontios 33 was bishop of Faventia (in Flaminia); he attended all five sessions of the Lateran Council, from 5 October to 31 October 649, and in the list of bishops present is named in one hundred and first place: Conc. Lat., p. 6, line 30 (Λεοντίου ἐπισκόπου Φαβεντίας), p. 7, line 30 ("Leontio Fabentinate episcopo") (the first session), cf. pp. 35, 115, 181 and 251 (the Latin version only is repeated for the other sessions). He subscribed the definition of the faith agreed by the Council at its fifth session: Conc. Lat., p. 400, line 25 (Λεόντιος ἐπίσκοπος Φαβεντίας), p. 401, line 25 ("Leontius episcopus sanctae Fabentinatis ecclesiae").
