Leo 276 was a patrikios, basilikos protospatharios and strategos of the Anatolikoi; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals III 86.55. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει with τω - σω - .ου - λω in the corners. Rev.: .Λεο - τ' πατρι - β' ασπα κ ς - ρατ' ων α - ατολικ'. The name and titles read: Λέοντι πατρικίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ τῶν Ἀνατολικῶν.
