Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δ.. - λω in the corners. Rev.: Λεον. - ι β' σπαθ' - α' νοτ' τ' - δρομου. The name and titles read: Λέοντι βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τοῦ δρόμου.
