Leo 270 was a patrikios and strategos of the Thrakesioi; owner of a seal dateable to the early eighth century: DOSeals III 2.42. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - δου - λω - σου in the corners. Rev.: Λεον - .ι πατρι - .ω και στρ - τηγω - ων Θρ+. The name and titles read: Λέον[τ]ι πατρι[κί]ῳ καὶ στρ[α]τηγῷ [τ]ῶν Θρ(ᾳκησίων).
