Leo 199 was a hypatos, archon of the blattion and genikos kommerkiarios; owner of a seal dateable to the mid eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 268. The name and titles perhaps read: The reading of the name is apparently not certain. For a possible date, 755/756 or 770/771, see Zacos and Veglery, note ad loc.
