Leo 149 was notarios of the chartoularios of the dromos; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century (possibly the second half of the ninth, according to Laurent): Laurent, Corpus II, no. 453 = Konstantopoulos, JIAN 6, 331 (= Schlumberger, Mélanges, 240 = "Sceaux" I, 132). The name and title read: Λέον[τι] νοταρίῳ τοῦ [χ]αρτουλαρίου τοῦ [δρ]όμου. According to Laurent, ad loc., Seibt read the first title as β(ασιλικῷ) νοταρίῳ.
