Leo 142 was basilikos spatharios and perhaps another title or a name which included the letters ...spo...; owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 527a. The name and titles read: Λέοντι βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ ... σπο .... The interpretation of the last letters is unclear; they were presumably part either of a title or of a family name.
