Leo 138 was basilikos protospatharios, kandidatos, epi tou ... and chartoularios; owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 504c. The name and titles read: Λέον[τι] βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθ[αρ]ίῳ κανδιδάτῳ ἐπὶ τοῦ ... καὶ χαρτουλαρίῳ. The name of the third title can not be read.
