Leo 128 was basilikos strator; owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly eighth or ninth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 549a. The name and title read: Λέ[ο]ντι [στ]ράτο[ρι]. He is perhaps identical with the basilikos strator Leo who owned a closely similar seal, dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2150. The name and title read: Λέοντι βασιλικῷ στράτορι. Another closely similar seal, Seyrig 208, may have belonged to the same person (see Leo 220).
