Leo 126 was basilikos protospatharios and kleisourarches of Seleukeia; owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly eighth or ninth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 147. The name and titles read: Λέο[ν]τι βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπ[αθ]αρίῳ καὶ κλεισουράρχῃ Σε[λ]ευ[κ]ί[ασ]. His office must have been at Seleukeia in Isauria.
