Kosmas 61 was a basilikos vestitor and dioiketes of Nikomedeia; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: DOSeals III 83.1. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - .. - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Κοσμα - .βεστιτ.ρ' - .διοικη.η - Νικ'μ.. The name and titles read: Κοσμᾷ βασιλικῷ βεστίτωρι καὶ διοικητῇ Νικομηδείας.
