Kosmas 38 was a dioiketes of Euboia; owner of two seals, from different boulloteria, dateable to the eighth century: DOSeals II 13.1 = Zacos and Veglery 2078 a, Zacos and Veglery 2078 b. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει, with τω - δου - λω - σου in the corners. Rev.: Κοσμα - διοικ' - Ευβυης -+. The name and title read: Κοσμᾷ διοικητῇ Εὐβοίας.
