Kosmas 29 was a basilikos silentiarios; owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly first half of the eighth century (see below): Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 501c. The name and title read: Κοσμᾷ [β]ασιλικῷ [σ]ιλεντιαρίῳ. A similar seal, possibly owned by the same person, is Zacos and Veglery 2086, dated to the first half of the eighth century; the name and title read: Κοσμᾷ βασιλικῷ σιλεντιαρίῳ.
