Konstantinos 222 was dioiketes of Neokaisareia; owner of a seal dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth: Zacos and Veglery 3091. The name and title read: Κωνσταντίνῳ διοικητῇ Νεοκαισαρείας. The identification of Neokaisareia is uncertain; there was one in Bithynia and one in Pontus.
