Konstantinos 183 was hypatos; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: Speck, Bleisiegel 168. This seal was double struck, apparently twice on the same boulloterion. Obv. (second strike): Κων - υπα - τω; (first strike) υπα - τω. Rev. (second strike): ο.α - τερα - καρ; (first strike) τ. .. - καρ. The obverse inscription apparently read: Κωνσταντίνῳ υπατῳ. The reverse perhaps contained his family name; Speck suggested τῷ Καρτέρῳ, but the sequence of letters seems against this.
