Konstantinos 159 was kouboukleisios and komes; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 6, 201. The name and title read: Κων[σ]ταντί[νῳ] [κου]βουκ[λησ]ίῳ [καὶ] κόμητι. The combination of the ecclesiastical office of kouboukleisios with the title of komes is unusual and casts doubt on the restoration. Cf. however Niketas 159.
