Konstantinos 147 was basilikos kandidatos, kommerkiarios and protonotarios of Thessalonike; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 4a. The name and titles read: Κωνστα[ν]τίνῳ βασιλικῷ κανδιδάτῳ κου[μ]ερκιαρίῳ καὶ πρωτον[οτα]ρίῳ [Θε]σα[λον]ίκης. The restoration of the name of the theme is uncertain; see Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, p. 126 and Likhachev, Molivdovuly, p. 41.
