Konstantinos 119 was patrikios, basilikos protospatharios and strategos of Sicilia; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Schlumberger, Sig., p. 214, n. 2, no. 4 (from Salinas, "Sigilli diplomatici"). The text as recorded by Schlumberger reads as follows: Θεοτόκε βοήθει (in cruciform monogram) τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Κωνσταντίνῳ πατρικ(ίῳ) β(ασιλικῷ) (πρωτο)σπαθ(αρίῳ) (καὶ) στρατηγῷ Σικελ(ίας).
