Konstantinos 88 was basilikos spatharokandidatos, chartoularios and (possibly) epoptes of Thrake; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: DOSeals I 71.9. Obv.: [Κ(ύρι)ε βοήθει τ]ῷ σῷ δούλ(ῳ). Rev.: Κω[νστ]αντ(ινῳ) [β(ασιλικῷ) σπ]αθ(αρο)καν[δ(ι)δ(άτῳ), χ]αρτ(ουλαρίῳ) (καὶ) ἐ[πόπ]τ(ῃ) Θρᾴκ[ησ]. The reading of epoptes is not certain; the epoptes was a financial official of the theme.
