Konstantinos 75 was lector (ἀναγνώστης) of the Great Church (Hagia Sophia); in 787 he attended the Second Council of Nikaia (the Seventh Ecumenical Council) where he was one of the official readers; he is attested at the fifth session, on 4 October 787, when he read out a passage from the Life of St Sabas; he is styled Κωνσταντῖνος ὁ εὐλαβέστατος ἀναγνώστης τῆς ἁγιωτάτης μεγάλης ἐκκλησίας: Mansi XIII 181.
