Konstantinos 19 was bishop of Timbrias (Pisidia); in 681 he attended the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) and was present at two of the last three sessions (sessions sixteen and eighteen, on 9 August and 16 September): Riedinger, pp. 692-827 (= Mansi XI 616-678). In the subscriptions to the statement of the faith, which condemned monotheletism, and to the Council he is styled Κωνσταντῖνος ἐλάχιστος (Riedinger, p. 827, line 29 (= Mansi XI 677) reads ἀνάξιος) ἐπίσκοπος Τιμβριάδων (Riedinger, p. 827, line 29 (= Mansi XI 677) reads: τῆς Τιμβριαδέων πόλεως): Riedinger, p. 794, line 10, p. 827, line 29 (= Mansi XI 652, 677). The old Latin version of Riedinger, p. 795, line 12 (= Mansi XI 652), calls his see "ciuitatis Timbriadorum", whilst that of Mansi XI 677 calls it "civitatis Tibriadensium Pisidiae provinciae". In the lists of those present at each session he is styled Κωνσταντίνου ἐπισκόπου Τιμβριάδων: Riedinger, p. 692, line 16, p. 762, line 27 (= Mansi XI 616, 629). Still bishop in 692, he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 167, no. 203 (= Mansi XI 1004) (Κωνσταντῖνος ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Τιμβριαδέων). On Timbrias, see Ramsay, Historical Geography, p. 406 and table facing p. 388, Jones, Cities, p. 535.
