Isidoros 19 was the addressee of two letters from Theodore the Stoudite (Theodoros 15), written between 815 and 818, thanking him for the gifts which he had sent to Theodoros 15; he is described once as Βυζάντιος and once as λαϊκός: Theod. Stud., Ep. 101, p. 219 (addressed Ἰσιδώρῳ Βυζαντίῳ), Ep. 243, p. 375 (addressed Ἰσιδώρῳ λαϊκῷ). Presumably a native of Constantinople and a layman, perhaps member of the lay order.
