Isidoros 15 was chartoularios of Bithynia; owner of a seal dateable between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth: DOSeals III 76.1 = Zacos and Veglery 2799. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Ἰσιδώρου. Rev.: cruciform monogram of χαρτουλαρίου with Βι - θυ - νι - ας in the corners. The name and title read: Ἰσιδώρου χαρτουλαρίου Βιθυνίας.
