Isidoros 8 was a chartoularios; owner of a seal dateable probably to the seventh or eighth century: Ebersolt, "Sceaux byzantins", p. 226, no. 320. Obv.: bust of the Virgin with a medallion of Christ. Rev.: invocative formula in the name of the Virgin: Ἰσόδορος (sic) χαρτουλάριος.
