Ioustinianos 3 was father of the future patriarch Germanos 8; a patrikios, he was one of those executed in 668/669 by the emperor Constantine IV (Konstantinos 2) for their involvement in the assassination of the emperor Constans II (Konstans 1): Zon. He was presumably in Sicily and supported the proclamation as emperor of Mizizios 1.
