Ioannikios 3 was kouboukleisios; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century (the shape of the beta first appears in the early to mid ninth): Laurent, Corpus V 1, 145. Obv.: cross with the partially illegible invocative formula [Κ(ύρι)ε βοή]θ(ε)ι το σο [δούλῳ]. Rev.: +Ιωα[ν] - [ν]ικ(ίῳ) κουβ - ουκλ[ι] - [σι]ῳ.
