Ioannes 577 was patrikios; he was the father of Sisinnios 88, on whose seal he is recorded; the seal is dateable to the eighth century: Mushmov, "Sceaux de plomb", p. 342, no. 26. The text reads: Δούλου Χριστοῦ Σισιννίου πατρικίου υἱοὶ (sic) Ἰωάννου πατρικίου.
