Obv.: cruciform monogram of uncertain type, with .ω - σω - .ου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ωανν - ατρικιω - τρ' τ' τω - ατ'. The name and titles read: Ἰωάννῃ πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ τῶν Ἀνατολικῶν.
