Ioannes 275 was basilikos vestitor and chartoularios of Paphlagonia; owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 159a. The name and text read: Ἰωάννῳ βασιλικῷ βεσ[τ]ήτορι καὶ χ[αρ]τουλαρίῳ Πανφ[λα]γωνίας. Note the dative form Ἰωάννῳ. Cf. Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, p. 128.
