Ioannes 80 was bishop of Mossyna in Phrygia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 169, no. 225 (= Mansi XI 1005) (Ἰωάννης ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Μοσυναίων πόλεως Φρυγῶν ἐπαρχίας).
