Ioannes 64 was bishop of Kios in Bithynia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 151, no. 49 (= Mansi XI 992) (Ἰωάννης χάριτι Χριστοῦ τοῦ Θεοῦ ἡμῶν ἐπίσκοπος Κίου τῆς Βιθυνῶν ἐπαρχίας).
