Hypatios 2 was archbishop, probably of Regium; owner of a seal dateable to the seventh or eighth century: Laurent, Corpus V 1, no. 905 = Schlumberger, Sig. , p. 232, no. 6. Obv.: Υπα - τι - ου. Rev.: αρχι - επισκ - οπου. The seal was found at Catanzaro and the only archbishop in that area was the archbishop of Regium; see Laurent, op. cit., p. 712, note. Cf. also Anonymus 134.
