Houmir 1 was a patrikios; owner of a seal dateable to the seventh century: Ebersolt, "Sceaux byzantins", p. 391, no. 471. Obv.: cruciform monogram in the name of the Virgin. Rev.: Οὔμιρ πατρίκιος. Cf. also Choumir 1 and Houmour 1.
