Himerios 3 was basilikos protospatharios and epi ton oikeiakon and protonotarios of Paphlagonia; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 5, 159. The name and titles read: Ἱμ[ε]ρίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν ὐκιακῶν καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ Παφλαγονίας. Cf. Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, p. 128.
