Hesychios 2 was hypatos and protonotarios of the Thrakesioi; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 3118. The name and titles read: Ἡσυχίῳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τῶν Θρακησίων. Cf. also Hesychios 1.
