Gregorios 154 was a basilikos kandidatos and ek prosopou of Pylai; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: DOSeals III 68.1. Obv.: patriarchal cross on three steps, with a circular inscription reading: Κε βοηθη τω σω δουλο. Rev.: +Γριγο - ριω β' κανδ' - και εκ προσ' τ' - Πυλον. The name and titles read: Γριγορίῳ βασιλικῷ κανδιδάτῳ καὶ ἐκ προσώπου τῶν Πυλον.
