Gregorios 6 was a hypatos and kommerkiarios with Mikkinas 1 as his colleague; in 673/674 they were genikoi kommerkiarioi of the apotheke of Africa. They are recorded together on several seals. 1) Morrisson and Seibt, "Sceaux de commerciaires", pp. 234-236, 240, no. 17 = Oikonomides, Dated Seals, pp. 32-33, no. 19. The names and titles read: Μικκί<ν>ου (καὶ) Γρηγ - ορίου γενικῶ - ν κομμερκι[α] - [ρίων] - ἀποθήκη[σ] - []φρικῆ[σ]. The seal is dated to a second indiction and has a bust of Constantine IV (Konstantinos 2) on the obverse and on the reverse busts of Heraklios 1 and Tiberios 1. The date is therefore 673/674. 2) Oikonomides, Dated Seals, pp. 33-34, no. 20. The names and titles read: +Μ[ικ] - κίνου π - ατρικίου - (καὶ) Γρηγο - ρίου - []πά - του καὶ - κομμερ - κιαρί - ων. The seal has no imperial portraits. For the date, which is approximately 668/675, see Oikonomides, op. cit., p. 34. The same two individuals owned a number of other seals from the time when they were colleagues as kommerkiarioi; see further Zacos and Veglery 145, 152 and 153.
