Gregoras 7 was a basilikos spatharios and strategos of Kephallenia; owner of three seals dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth, possibly in the first half of the ninth century: DOSeals II 1.11 = Zacos and Veglery 1946a, DOSeals II 1.12 = Zacos and Veglery 1946b, Likhachev, Molivdovuly, 142, pl. LXVII 3 (which confirms the name as Γρηγορᾷ). The three seals are from different boulloteria but are so similar that they probably belonged to one and the same individual. The name and titles read: Γρηγορᾷ βασιλικῷ σπαθαριῷ καὶ στρατηγῷ Κεπηαλληνίας.
