Gratiosos 2 was bishop of Parma (in Aemilia in N. Italy); he was one of the hundred and twenty-five Western bishops who attended the Council of Rome at Easter 680, and who subscribed the decree condemning monotheletism: Riedinger, II 2. 158, lines 30-31 (= Mansi XI 315-316) (Γρατζίωσος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς ἁγίας ἐκκλησίας Παρμένσου; the old Latin version printed in Riedinger, II 2. 159, line 28, calls him: "Gratiosus episcopus sanctae ecclesiae Parmiensis").
